ACT UPON PRESENTATION OF VOTER REGISTRAR MAGGIE DEL TORO:
Voter Registrar Maggie Del Toro gave the Court an update on the November 7, 2006 General Election and Early Voting. No action was taken by the Court.

ACT UPON PRESENTATION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH DEVELOPMENT, INC.:
Rachel Gonzales-Hanson of the Community Health Development, Inc. gave the Court an update on the clinic operations, available programs and proposed expansion. No action was taken by the Court on this item.
